Brazilian authorities end search for bodies in Air France crash

Nearly after a month after the tragic plane crashed that caused the death of some 228 people, Brazilian authorities called off the search operations for the bodies of the victims, saying that it is unlikely to find any more bodies or wreckage would be found.
During the month-long search, 51 bodies and hundreds of pieces of debris were found.
Last week, Air France announced that it will pay about $24,000 to each of the family of the victims. It also plans to hold a memorial service for the 228 passengers.
