One of the worst crashes in Brazils history killed 154 people caused by a midair collision in September. The chief investigator said on Monday that Air traffic controllers share some of the blame for this disaster. As air traffic controllers are military the federal police must submit their findings to military justice officials who will decide about prosecution.
